Video Streaming Notice
All video, audio, and textual transmissions occurring across
Shagle (https://shagle-en.com/) constitute real-time,
user-generated content created independently by individual members. Shagle provides communication conduit
technology and does NOT endorse, pre-screen, or assume liability for spontaneous stranger behavior.
1. User-Generated Content and Live Interactions
Conversations and video feeds on Shagle are completely unscripted and occur in real time between peers
worldwide. While Shagle implements industry-leading computer-vision AI moderation and 24/7 manual oversight to
purge inappropriate content swiftly, it is technically impossible to anticipate or control every millisecond
of human webcam broadcasting.
Users may encounter personalities with differing cultural norms, adult viewpoints, or unexpected attire. You
agree to utilize the platform's instant "Skip" (Next) and "Report" tools immediately upon encountering any
broadcast that offends or disturbs your personal sensibilities.
2. Adult (18+) Entertainment & Discretion
Shagle is exclusively designed for consenting adults aged 18 and older. If you are under 18, or if accessing
random live video communication is prohibited by your local municipal, provincial, or national laws, you are
forbidden from accessing this website.
3. Independent Platform & Trademark Clarification
shagle-en.com operates as an independent informational, promotional, and
technology portal. Any third-party brand names, trademarks, or registered logos cited herein (including
references to Omegle, Chatroulette, or other legacy chat sites) are used strictly for descriptive comparison
and nominative reference under United States Fair Use doctrine. Such references do not imply endorsement,
affiliation, or joint sponsorship.
4. Affiliate and Commercial Disclosure
Some outbound links on this website (such as links directed to /join/) may function as
promotional or affiliate referral links. When you register, acquire VIP passes, or purchase virtual streaming
tokens via these portals, we may receive compensation or commissions from partner networks at zero additional
cost to you. This compensation sustains our server hosting, AI safety filters, and continuous platform
development.
5. No Guarantee of Results or Match Compatibility
While Shagle offers sophisticated gender and geographic filters, we make no representation, warranty, or
guarantee that you will connect with any specific individual, gender ratio, language speaker, or personality
type during any given session. Real-time availability depends on global network distribution and active
participant queues at the moment of matching.
6. Security of External Links
Our platform may contain links to external third-party websites or services that are not owned, operated, or
controlled by Shagle. We assume no responsibility or liability for the content, privacy practices, terms, or
services offered by external websites.
