"Us") governing your access and usage of https://shagle-en.com/, associated
media channels, and peer-to-peer live video matchmaking services.
Mandatory Acceptance & Age Gate:
By clicking "Start Chatting", launching your camera stream, or accessing any section of Shagle, you
explicitly warrant that you are at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction)
and agree to be bound unconditionally by these Terms. If you disagree, you must cease using the platform
immediately.
1. Scope of the Service
Shagle provides an interactive, browser-based communication platform that facilitates live, real-time video,
audio, and text exchanges between anonymous worldwide users utilizing WebRTC protocol. The service is provided
"AS-IS" and "AS-AVAILABLE" for socialization, cultural exploration, and adult entertainment.
2. Community Standards & Prohibited Conduct
To preserve a secure, respectful, and consensual environment for all participants, you strictly agree NOT to:
- Underage Exposure: Broadcast, stream, display, or solicit any content
involving minors (persons under 18). Any violation results in instantaneous lifetime hardware bans and
referral to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and federal law enforcement.
- Non-Consensual Exploitation & Harassment: Display non-consensual
imagery, hate speech, threats, stalking, intimidation, racism, bigotry, or targeted humiliation.
- Unsolicited Commercial Promotion: Broadcast spam, MLM schemes, deceptive
affiliate links, automated bots, recorded static video loops, or third-party web redirects without written
authorization.
- Unauthorized Recording & Distribution: Screen-record, capture,
screenshot, or redistribute the live video or audio feed of any Shagle partner without their unambiguous,
verifiable consent.
- Reverse Engineering & Platform Tampering: Circumvent automated AI safety
checks, spoof IP or geolocation coordinates, decompile scripts, or launch denial-of-service (DoS) assaults.
3. Automated AI & Human Moderation Enforcement
Shagle enforces zero tolerance against terms violations. Our multi-tiered moderation framework operates
sub-second computer-vision checks that detect prohibited conduct. Users also possess instant "Report" and
"Next" tools. Shagle reserves the absolute right to:
- Instantly terminate any live webcam transmission without notice.
- Issue permanent IP, browser fingerprint, and hardware-level blacklist bans against offending devices.
- Preserve violation diagnostics for transmission to law enforcement authorities where statutes require.
4. Virtual Tokens, Gifts & Microtransactions
Shagle may offer optional VIP memberships, virtual gifts, tokens, and priority matching credits. All
purchases made through authorized payment gateways are final and non-refundable, except where mandatory
consumer rights laws dictate otherwise. Virtual gifts represent limited, non-transferable entertainment
licenses and carry no monetary cash equivalent outside the platform.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
All proprietary trademarks, logos, audio-visual interfaces, scripts, and designs displayed on shagle-en.com are the exclusive property of Shagle or licensed affiliates. Users
retain ownership of their original live streams but grant Shagle a worldwide, non-exclusive license to process
transient streaming feeds strictly as needed to operate the WebRTC relay service.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability
Shagle does not control, vet, or endorse the unscripted speech, actions, or conduct of random third-party
strangers encountered on camera feeds. To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law:
- Shagle disclaims all express or implied warranties regarding continuous uptime, video clarity, or host
compatibility.
- In no event shall Shagle, its officers, or technical affiliates be liable for indirect, punitive,
incidental, or consequential damages resulting from user conduct or platform usage.
7. Governing Law and Arbitration
These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of the United States. Any dispute, claim, or
controversy arising out of your use of Shagle shall be settled through binding individual arbitration
administered under American Arbitration Association (AAA) standards, waiving any right to participate in
class-action lawsuits.
